Vehicle has a Security Light on, this is due to Pontiac notorious Passlock system where the ignition doesn't hold a solid 2 ohms but starts and drives every time.
Vehicle also has a Check Engine Light for a Bad Catalytic Converter, part is cheap and simple to replace.
Vehicle leaks some oil from the Cam Tower seals, but as does every twin cam motor. GM does not recommend replacing the seals.
There is some rust on the lower side rockers but this is a running, driving '99 from Ohio.
