1987 Pontiac Fiero GT Description

For sale is my 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT. I've owned this car for approximately 4 1/2 years and put countless hours and thousands of dollars into this car to make it a nice, reliable, fun car to show and drive. It's a beautiful, rust free example that has been garaged and covered the whole time I've owned it. It comes equipped with factory air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, power mirrors, sunroof (Vista Vent), and intermittent wipers. It has a clean CarFax which is available upon request. I am only selling this car because I recently acquired a low mileage, original 1988 Fiero GT and mama says I can have only one Fiero.
A little over four years ago, I had a new Jasper remanufactured 2.8L V6 installed and it runs fantastic. The motor is mated to the Muncie Getrag 5 speed transmission that shifts nicely and has new Rodney Dickman shift cables and short shifter. When I had the new motor installed I had the intake and valve covers powdered coated, West Coast Fiero ported exhaust manifolds installed, and new poly cradle bushings installed. A new clutch was also installed when the motor was done. I've put only about 2300 miles on the car since the fresh motor was installed.
The suspension is stock, but does have 3 year old shocks and struts. The wheels are 16x7 inch Enkei RSF5s that have fresh rubber on them, 205/55R16 in front and 215/55R16 in the rear.
On the interior I installed a new headliner and had the visors recovered. The seats are covered by Mr Mikes pleather which is comfortable, durable, and easy to clean. The dash has a genuine carbon fiber kit installed and later model Pontiac CD radio that came out of a Bonneville. It works great, but the numbers occasionally get weird which is a common problem. I've installed LEDs all over the interior including in the dash where the lights are a nice, bright Pontiac red.
On the exterior, I recently installed new sail panels and they look great. The tail lights are in very good condition, however, they do have some delamination. I installed brighter bulbs for the PONTIAC sign that show bright at night.
Everything works on this car, including the cruise control, with the exception of the air conditioning. The plumbing and compressor are there, but the compressor is bad. I currently don't have the belt attached to it.
The paint on the car is pretty nice as the pictures show although the nose has some paint chips in it. I intentionally didn't correct this because it wasn't too bad in my opinion and I wanted to be able to freely drive this car without worrying about more rock chips.
I've done lots of other small things all over the car. Too much to list here.
