Lots of questions about the motor... we really do not know if it is original (or care enough to research it). I've owned enough C2/C3 Vettes to know that matching numbers is a joke. Anyone with a little effort can create a matching car (as long as they do not represent it as such). As a lark, I did it myself on a 1/240 very rare C3 Vette; and, although I never called it matching at Mecum-Houston 2013, I'm sure that the next owner did.
