1971 Porsche 914 Targa Description

I bought this car about 6 months ago, I got a transfer and I cant take the car with me. mileage shows 57157 no idea if it is original title shows odometer is exempt. It runs great, about 3 months ago I sent it to the shop do a tune up engine runs strong. I had a hard time finding gears on the stick, they changed the bracket underneath the stick but they didn't change the one on top of the tranny, it shifts perfectly fine but you have to get used to it. new plugs, rebuild carb, oil change etc. engine runs great but I am no mechanic.Body is straight and as you can see primed and ready for paint. there are two rust spots under the car please see the pics. driver seat bracket is shot so it needs a new one or this one needs fixing I didn't get a chance to see what is wrong with it but the seat moves. paint, weather stripping, and interior is all it needs. it can be a daily driver with minimal. Since it had been sitting for a while I had to use starter fluid but it started right away and idles fine.
