·This 2006 Carrera 911 Cabreolla was purchased from Momentum Porsche of Houston in March of 2007 with around 2000 miles - as a forthcar.

·Primarily for weekend driving pleasure.

·Never been in accident. No damage what so ever. All original.

·Never been abused.

·Never smoked in.

·No pets.

·Always garage kept and babied.

·Serviced religiously every year. (at Porsche Dealership until 2013 and by a Porsche Specialist for last 3 years). All service records are available.

·All books, manuals and keys are included.

·The back seats have never been used.

·It still has the new car leather smell.

·I have the original lien-free title in hand.

Mechanically – car is perfect. Everything works as it should. No disappointments.

Cosmetic imperfections include – noticeable curb rash on right rear wheel.

Front 2 tires are brand new. Rear 2 tires have more than 80% tread remaining.
