Two-owner, excellent condition inside and out. Clean carfax, clean/clear title. Recently inspected and serviced by Porsche Atlanta Perimeter, this 911 needs nothing and is ready to go. Next service is not due until 60k miles. Selling because I have two 911's and no longer have room for both. Please read the entire description and review the pictures before contacting me. Exterior / Wheels:Minor wear on the exterior - most notably some very light wear on the front of the nose from highway driving. Light curb rash on passenger rear wheel, overall the wheels are in good shape. The wheels are Porsche factory from a Cayenne Turbo, installed by the original owner. Currently wrapped in Pirelli Sotto Zero tires (see inspection report for tread wear and brake pad life).
Interior / Accessories:The interior on this car is about as nice as you will find for any used vehicle, period. The seats show almost no wear, the carpets are very clean and it still smells new (no kidding). All factory options are working, including cold AC, hot heat and fully-functioning heated, power seats. Both windows and the targa / sunshade work properly. The factory headunit was replaced by the original owner with a modern Kenwood unit that has handsfree bluetooth / streaming. It is a substantial upgrade over the factory unit not just in functionality but also in sound. Even at interstate speeds with the targa open, the sound is still clear. All original books, both keys, one valet key and the original window sticker come with the car.
Mechanical / Service:Please see the inspection report from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter in the pictures. The car was inspected and test driven on August 31, 2016 and the following repairs were deemed necessary and completed: replace passenger window regulator, replace engine lid actuator, replace tire pressure sensors in all four wheels. As you will see from the report, the rest of the car is in excellent condition and needs nothing at this time.
As I bought the car from Porsche Atlanta, I do not have service records from the original owner, but some of the service is detailed in the carfax. The car was serviced by Porsche Atlanta when I purchased it at ~47,000 miles in May 2015. Engine oil, air filter and rear tires replaced at ~52,000 miles. Next service is due at 60,000.

Warranty:The car is covered under a third-party warranty purchased from Porsche Atlanta which expires in May 2017. The warranty covers essentially the entire car except wear items (tires, brakes etc.). A full list of warranty exclusions is provided in the pictures. The warranty has a $250 deductible; any charges over $250, so long as they are approved by the warranty company, are covered. I have used the warranty at Porsche Atlanta, but it can be used at other Porsche dealerships or independent mechanics (so long as they are approved by the warranty company).
It is buyer's responsibilityto determine whether any specific service facility is covered. Further, seller personally makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the vehicle. All warranty issues / repairs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and warranty company. Any questions about the warranty should be asked before purchase.
Price / Payment:The asking price is comparable to or lower than almost every other Targa car with similar mileage and options.
