Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2006 Saab 9-3 sedan with just 70k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Saab, the lower right plastic panel is cracked and there are a few light scratches here and there...but nothing terrible. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body panels all line up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels are wrapped in a nice, matching set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this low mileage Saab looks inside and out.
I would rate the interior of this Saab to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. Wood interior accents give the interior a warm feel. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear for their age. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The audio system is original and sounds great. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Saab looks.
Mechanically, this Saab appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels as tight as a drum. This is the nicest driving 9-3 I've come across in years. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels smooth. Spool time is minimal and the turbo brings on noticeable power. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. These cars make a respectable amount of power while offering remarkable fuel economy. They're geared perfectly to be quick around town but to also be able to cruise at very high speeds. I've always liked these cars. In fact, my current daily driver is a 2007 9-3. With just 70k miles from new, this Saab is barely broken in. She has a brand new PA safety and emissions inspection. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
