In the day, I sold Saab’s right along side Volvo. These have always been exceptionally nice cars and as you know, with the “great recession” GM basically had to let Saab vanish. Since then, I’ve kept an eye out for a clean low-mileage unit and this one really caught my eye. The jet black exterior against the parchment colored leather really makes this one stand out. It is clean and well maintained. But, of course, you expect vehicles this nice from Grove Automotive Group, Inc.!

Service and Inspection Report:

We brought this clean Saab in for service and really didn’t find much in need of attention. It is clear that the prior owner took care of the vehicle.

It was about time for an oil change and Saab specified Mobile 1® which is exactly what we used, all six quarts. We reset the service reminder system after the oil/filter change.

Moving along to the chassis, the brakes looked good front and rear.

To finish off this vehicle, we installed new wiper blades.

Extended Payment Option:

We are offering this vehicle with an EXTENDED PAYMENT OPTION that allows you to secure this transaction and take some extra time to pay for the vehicle before taking delivery. To qualify, you must send the deposit of 20% of the vehicle price as listed in the "terms" section of the listing, followed by another 25% 30 days later, another 25% 60 days later and the balance of the vehicle at 90 days.

There is a storage fee after the first 30 days (first 30 days are at no charge) and we offer the storage up to 90 days when the balance is to be paid in full.

You can take up to 90 days to pay for the vehicle as long as you follow the payment schedule that is posted.

Absolute Satisfaction Program™:

All vehicles sold carry the Grove Automotive Group, Inc. original "ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION PROGRAM™". What this means is that when you come to get the vehicle or when you go to the shipping terminal to get your vehicle, if you are not satisfied with your purchase your purchase money is refunded. If your vehicle was shipped customer must pay return shipping charges. Shipping both ways, order processing charge and additional service work ordered are not refundable.

Vehicle Shipping:

If you would like to ship your vehicle, we will handle all of the details for you. Shipping is handled exclusively through DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers) and we do not support any other shipper for very good reason. Shipping charges are paid to Grove Automotive Group, Inc. who then sets up the shipping order for you. We always arrange terminal-to-terminal shipping. If you would like delivery to your doorstep, you can request the destination terminal to bring you your vehicle and pay the extra fee directly to them.

Shipping, depending upon terminal location, takes 14 to 21 days in our experience, but not guaranteed. There is an expedited delivery service available through DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers) for an extra fee, should you choose this service.

Vehicle In-Person Pickup:

Over the years, nearly 95% of all customers have either 1.) chosen to have their vehicle shipped, or 2.) picked them up over a weekend. If you choose to have your vehicle shipped, we use the terminal in Birmingham as otherwise described in the listing. If you want to pick up the vehicle, YOU MUST CHECK MY SCHEDULE AND CONFIRM SO BEFORE MAKING PLANS. Additionally, our normal pickup times are over a weekend. This is defined at 5:00 AM Central Time Saturday through 11:59 PM Central Time Sunday. If you want a delivery outside of this time, it must be prearranged – no exceptions.

Final Delivery:

As long as the deposit is received EXACTLY as listed above, I’ll hold the vehicle for you, up to 30 days, with no additional charge for storage. Balance in full is required at 30 days. Beyond 30 days, check for storage availability and cost.

NOTICE TO NON-ALABAMA RESIDENTS:

Non-Alabama residents add $159.00 order processing charge to the purchase price of the vehicle.

As states begin to squabble over sales tax, effective January 1, 2016 vehicles sold in Alabama whose owner takes them to Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan or South Carolina are subject to a 2% Alabama tax on the price of the vehicle. Your home state will give you credit for this tax paid to Alabama so you are not paying the tax twice. Our invoice to customers in the above states will show the tax amount so you can receive that same amount as a credit when you pay your home state sales tax.

NOTICE TO ALABAMA RESIDENTS:

Alabama residents add $259.00 order processing charge plus applicable sales taxes to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are a designated agent and will file for an Alabama title for you. Alabama residents have no additional fees due to Grove Automotive Group, Inc.
