2003 Subaru Forester 5dr Wgn X Ma Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is ryan and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accuratley and honestly to the best of my knowladge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.

Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Subaru Forester with the 5 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Forester to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. It is finished in red with a light tan interior. The red finish has a mile deep shine and looks smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, the worst i can point out is that the plastic headlight lenses show some typical hazing from age. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory steel wheels are wrapped in a matching set of like new rubber all the way around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Subaru looks.

I would rate the interior of this Subaru to be in AVERAGE CONDITON for its age and mileage. You can clearly tell that the previous owner of this Subaru really toke care of this car. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Subaru. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original AM/FM radio with CD player and sounds good. The climate control system seems to be working as it should. The heat blows hot and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean with a cargo mat. The worst thing I can say about this Subaru is that there is a small tear in the drivers seat. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this Subaru looks.

Machanically, this Subaru appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L boxer engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine dose not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine makes good power and there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the 5 speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely zero complaints. This Subaru has a current PA inspection untill March, 2017. We all know how reliable Subaru's are and with 150K and a 5 speed manual transmission this car has a lot of life left in her. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
