2009 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Special Edition Description

Up for sale is a 2009 Subaru Legacy 2.5i sedan. This car is a Special Edition, which came with a Harman Kardon 7 speaker sound system (Subwoofer in decklid), Power Driver's Seat, and a Power Sunroof. I am the second owner and purchased it from a friend who special ordered it new. The car has black interior and a 5 speed manual transmission, both of which are hard to find in these cars.
The car is in excellent running and driving condition. I just had it to the Subaru dealer for the airbag recall replacement and they complimented the condition of it and didn't try and sell me anything since I take such good care of it. No rust anywhere on the car. Sunroof doesn't leak at all, no wind noise or water.
Cosmetically the car has dings and dents. I haven't put a single dent on it, but it seems to be a parking lot door ding magnet. The front bumper has cracked paint from a bad bumper repaint the previous owner had done. And the roof has a spot of bubbled paint from a roof rack that was previously on the car.
Mechanically the car runs and drives great. The clutch was replaced about 30,000 miles ago (just before I bought the car). I have some service records from the previous owner. I've religiously changed the oil every 3,000 miles and rotated the tires every other oil change since I've had it. I do all my own maintenance work (I am an ASE certified Automotive Technician) so I can only provide parts receipts for the work I've done.
In preparation for selling it I just did a lot of maintenance work that will save you a ton of money in repair bills:
Work performed less than 100 miles ago:
-Timing Belt, Belt Idlers, and Belt Tensioner
-Water Pump (Coolant flushed and filled with proper Blue colored coolant.)
-Valve Cover Gasket (Right gasket)
-Camshaft Oil Seal
-Spark Plugs (NGK Platinum plugs, not cheap ones)
-Spark Plug Wires
-Air Filter
-Intake Manifold/Throttle Body cleaned and new gaskets installed.
-EFI cleaning service
-Both AC and Power Steering Belt
-Thermostat
Within the past 9,000 miles:
-Rear wheel bearing (left rear)
-Rear Brakes (Wagner Thermoquiet Ceramic pads)
-Wiper Blades
-Headlight Bulbs (Sylvania Sylverstar Bulbs)
Front brakes were replaced (rotors and pads) about 20,000 miles ago, but still have plenty of life.
What is wrong: The tires are about 4-6/32 tread life. So it could use new tires in the near future. The right rear seat doesn't fold down. The mechanism is detached and I haven't bothered trying to repair it since I've owned the car. The left rear seat does fold down. The headlights are foggy and could stand to be polished or replaced, bulbs are new so polishing would be a better bet I'd say. Many body shops offer polishing services. A few of the rims have minor curb rash that a wheel repair tech could fix. And the Subwoofer doesn't work. It seems to just be dead(not blown) so a simple replacement should be an easy fix.
I have a lien on the car, so getting the title wouldn't be instantaneous but won't be difficult either. Pictures of the worst damage on the car are included.
