2005 Subaru Forester (Natl) X Description

This is a 2005 Subaru Forester 2.5X All Wheel Drive with 148K miles on it and only 1 previous Owner per the CarFax Report. There are no warning lights lit on the dashboard whatsoever. It has a valid New Jersey Inspection sticker through 12/17/. This Subaru runs and drives great. There are 23 Service records shown on the CarFax Report. This car was locally owned and serviced, and it was just recently serviced with all new belts. The head gaskets were also replaced as shown on the carfax service record at a prior date. I test drove this Outback for over 300 miles and it performed beautifully. It has a great set of all matching tires that have a ton of treadlife remaining. It has a solid battery and starts up everytime without any issues whatsoever. The motor sounds great and the exhaust is quiet. The transmission shifts perfectly smoothly throughout all gears which I demonstrate during the YouTube video above. The wheel alignment is also perfectly straight on the car and the wheel does not pull to one side or the other whatsoever while driving. There is a front right strut or shock noise when going over large bumps but otherwise the suspension feels good and the car rides very smoothly. The brakes are also very effective and safe which I give several examples of during the test drive. Also, All of the interior/exterior lights and signals are all working except for the fog lights which need new bulbs. The interior features: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, 6 Disk In-Dash CD Player, Am/Fm Radio, working A/C and Heat, ABS, Cruise Control and much more...ALL of which is functional inside the vehicle. The interior is in good overall condition with exception to the drivers and passengers seat cushions. Both have some cracking in the vinyl which you can see in the pictures/video. The cupholders and all compartments are also very clean and everything opens/closes as it should. The dash area is super clean and all buttons are functional. The rear has an interior liner for muddy pets or sandy beach gear. This was definitely a NON SMOKER vehicle, there is no smoke smell or burn holes anywhere, the interior smells great. The exterior is also in very nice shape for the year and mileage. The paint looks fantastic and the clearcoat is fully intact on the paint. There are a couple very shallow dings on the hood and on one of the door panels which I point out in the video. The tires are in great shape as mentioned earlier, they have a great deal of treadlife remaining and will not need to be changed for a long time as you can see in the pictures/video. The engine bay is also super clean and well maintained. All fluids are filled to proper levels in the vehicle and the engine runs very quiet which I demonstrate in the video.
