1998 Subaru Outback Description

For Sale is my 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback. This Subaru has been an utter dream to own and I have owned her since she has 115,000 miles. It now has 142,000. I have taken this vehicle on many roadtrips all over the country and it has never given me any trouble at all. It has become a dear companion to me and my adventures. Car comes with two keys and one keyless entry remote.
Over the course of my 3 year ownership I have kept up with regular maintenance on the vehicle. Oil changes ever 3k, new brakes and rotors, new spark plugs, ignition coils, New Clutch, flywheel, and rear main seal, etc, etc. I have detailed notes and documentation of all repairs made with complete receipts. Most major servicing has been done by a Subaru shop in my local area. They have always done excellent work and I completely trust them with my car. The car also had a new set of tires bought for it at 115,000 miles. One of the tires had to be replaced at 140,000. The car is mechanical sound and I am very proud to say that I get on average 30MPG on the freeway and about 18MPG city.
The car has a flawless interior. The radio has been replaced with an after market Alpine Bluetooth Radio that connects directly to my phone. This makes taking phone calls while driving manual very safe and easy. All the speakers in the car work and I have got to say that the sound system in the car is loud and fun.
The driver seat has a small depression in the cushion on the door side but It does not effect comfort in any way. All seatbelts and seats work as they should. All manual, no power seats. Power Windows all move up and down smoothy.
The car is currently located in St. Louis Missouri. I am from California and have a clean CA title for the Subaru. Reason why I am selling is I am moving to New York City and no longer need the car. It is very bittersweet for me to let this beauty go. This car would be great for any adventure type or student. Like I said at the top, it has been my companion on many road trips. All my friends know how much I love my car and I really do hope that I can sell her to someone who appreciates the personality of the original Subaru Legacy Outback.
