2002 Toyota Prius Description

I bought this car intending to repair it I never got around to it. The time has come give you a crack at the prius rebuilding project. I know you can do it.I paid $1000 for the car. $150 for a diagnosis and $300 for thetrans-axleso you canbenefitfrom my lassitude and get it for less.
It has a NC salvage title certificate which I will sign over to you.
I took it to Taylor Automotive in Sanford NC for a 2nd opinion. They read the codes and tested it with a known good battery the codes then said that MG2 was reported as overheating. This vehicle comes with an additional used transaxle with an unburned MG2 removed and ready to install. The car has not operated for over 5 years so the battery may have failed. The 12 volt battery has been disconnected during that time.
As far as I can tell all the parts that were put on in the factory are still with the car. The picture you see were taken a couples years ago. The car has been stored under trees, to keep the light off the paint, since then so it has more moss and grime than the pictures show.
If you have any question call me Ken at 828-273-5334.
Unsolicited testimonial for Taylor Automotive: they specialize in prius' and they triggered my amazement. They rebuild battery packs and regularly fix prius' that the dealers cannot i like them alot. Their diagnosis was different and better reasoned that the one the dealer technicians offered.
