2002 Toyota Prius Description

This vehicle is currently not running. There is an error code, P3006, that was described to me as a voltage leak by a technician. I thought it was the 12V battery, so I purchased a new one, but the problem is still there.
I can jump the car and it can then be driven, but it has been sitting for a few months, so the brakes must be serviced before it can safely be used.
There is also code C1259, for the fuel evap system. The catalytic converter also needs to be replaced.
I have had this car for years and it has been very reliable until recently. I have driven it across country on road trips many times. I purchased a new HV battery from Dorman three years ago, I still have the warranty information and receipts for the purchase. Unfortunately, the three year warranty for the HV battery expired a couple months ago.
One of the tires has a slow leak (tire in trunk), so the spare is currently on the front passenger side. There are some suspension issues, so the front tires are worn more than the rear, but the tires are fairly new (less than 10,000 miles), so the rear tread is nice (shown in pic).
As far as I know the rest of the car is in good condition, mechanically.
Ascetically, there is a large dent in the hood, which was there when I purchased the car, and the drivers side door is a different color (shown in picture). In addition, the windshield is cracked. There is minimal body rust, except for tail pipe.
The HV battery alone is probably worth more than the starting bid ($750.00), but I just don't have the time or technical expertise to remove and sell it separately.
I'm sure with a little love and time this will once again make a great vehicle.
Thanks for looking!
