Toyota, RAV4 2001, Grey, 4 Door -- Been sitting outside about a year, haven't tried to start it. Tires have some tread left on em, battery was good, probably shot now after sitting last winter, breaks worked, seats are good, interior had some water damage on the floor from a leaky sunroof, Body looks okay, doors are good.
Transmission was a joke, getting out of first into second was a prayer and into third was a miracle.
Trunk opens and closes, but it got mashed by a hit and run 2 years ago (back windshield is plexiglass). Back doors are great, front doors are great. Still locks, sunroof works. Window and lock counsel on the drivers side sometimes pops out if you get a little rough with the buttons, but it works.
Trunk license plate light burns out so fast you might as well be buying lightbulbs by the pallet.
We got it at 66K miles 7 years ago, it's a great car and has served us well. The person that owned it before us couldn't drive very well, so the alignment cost us $1500 bucks in 2009, wrk done at Johnstons Toyota in Monticello, NY.
Service was regular, every 3K, trans was flushed, etc.
No engine knocks, but as I said the trans is toast...
Parts alone you can get more than the asking price, still insured and registered, going to need a tow truck to get it out of our driveway.
