This vehicle was purchased from professional Motorcycle rider Ben Spies who had owned the car for the last 10 plus years. I purchased this car from Ben a few months ago with the intentions of turning it into a full street supra. I have done some work to the car to make it more street able. Unfortunately I need some capital for a new business opportunity. I really don’t want to part ways with this car but it is my only option at the moment. When Ben built this car it was about 8 years ago and he purchased only the best parts for the car at the time. He spent well over 100,000 dollars building this car. Most of the parts on the car have 700 miles on them or less including the brand new Titan built motor and New v160 trans.
The car was de-tuned by Darin recently so that it would run on 93 octane and be more of a conservative hp level. The car put down 691 hp on 20psi. This was done on Titan Motorsports dyno. A flex fuel sensor was installed at Titan Motor sports but we did not tune the car for e85 at the moment because it made so much power on 93 pump. With bigger injectors on e85 the car should easily make 1250 to 1300 hp.
The car was originally a non turbo 5 speed car black in color. The car was converted to GTE 6 speed and completely color changed to Anthracite. The paint is not perfect however it looks damn good. The total cost of parts added onto this car total up to $114,250 not including labor. I am asking 55,000 obo. I would consider taking a couple thousand dollars off if I can keep the rims.
