If you are the winning bidder you must contact Tina at 814-863-2526 to set up an appointment for the title transfer. The vehicle must be paid for in full before you go to the title transfer appointment. Any costs incurred in removal are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Securing any or all appropriate permits is the responsibility of the bidder.
You will be responsible for getting your tags and paying your sales tax elsewhere. There is a notary service called Tri-County Tag Service here in town if you are interested, they can be reached at 814-237-2957 to make arrangements.All sales are sold in "as is, where is" with possible latent and apparent defects, with no return, no warranty and no guarantee all sales are final.If you have any concerns, please ask before bidding.
