For sale is a 1978 BJ40 Diesel Land Cruiser. This is a third owner vehicle, and it received a frame-off restoration about 10 years ago by the second owner. The vehicle has brand new wheels, and an aluminum roof rack. 4x4 works excellent as it should, and the diesel engine runs like new. I have had my mechanic inspect this cruiser thoroughly, and it is solid. The frame is absolutely rust-free. Because the restoration was 10 years ago, the paint does have some slight imperfections; however, this is one of the nicest cruisers I’ve seen here in Costa Rica. If you are looking for a beach cruiser, daily driver, or 4x4 beast that will run forever at an affordable price, this is the one for you.
I live in Costa Rica, and have shipped several vehicles from Costa Rica to the states. I pay for everything: shipping, fees here in Costa Rica, US broker, custom’s tax, etc. I will only ship to Miami, Fl, and the car will take around 4 weeks from the time of payment to arrive in Miami. If you pick the car up yourself, you won’t pay anymore than the final sale price on Ebay...besides DMV fees of course.
