1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 40th Anniversary Description

1-owner 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 40th Anniversary #1515 with factory front and rear e-lockers and 165k original miles. Purchased at Precision Toyota in Tucson, Arizona. This family vehicle has never left Tucson, Arizona! Serviced at Precision Toyota for most of its life. There is absolutely no rust anywhere on this vehicle! There are no leaks and if it wasn't for the paint oxidation and cracked dash, I confidently will say this vehicle is as good as the day it drove off the showroom floor! This truck idles quiet and shifts smooth. No oil pressure issues and no overheating. Hand-brake engages properly after 4 clicks and brakes feel great all around. Front and rear lockers engage without any issues! You do not have to add oil or mess with anything, this engine is mechanically sound and literally runs perfect! There is no hesitation or rough starts. There are no rattles, no noises or unexpected engine lights. A/C blows ice cold. All exterior and interior lights work. Sunroof, stereo and speakers work perfect. All power windows work with great up and down speed! No burnt out interior bulbs. 2nd and 3rd row seats practically look new! One small tear in the front driver seat(see pic). Passenger front seat is in great condition. Carpet/floor is clean without any stains. Headliner is clean. Visors stay up and front seatbelts retract. Never smoked in! All power accessories work except the rear door lock(actuator is broken) and the remote-entry key fob is broken. 40th Anniversary emblems, Toyota badges, mirrors, running boards, mud-flaps, roof rack and trim are all intact! There is only one very small ding on the lower rear tailgate(see pic). And a dent in the front bumper. Other than that, the body is perfectly straight! No chips or cracks in the glass. Michelin tires have over 80% tread and are not dry-rotted. Not pictured but included is the ashtray.
Included: Original 40th Anniversary floor mats, ALL original manuals, Toyota tool kit w/jack, XM Satellite receiver, 2 keys and a remote key entry fob, original dealership sales contract, clear and clean notarized Title.
Missing: One rear upper speaker grill.
Broken/Damaged: Paint oxidation, cracks in the dash, rear door lock actuator broken, antenna motor works but antenna doesn't go up or down, some of the wood trim is discolored, remote key entry fob broken, faded window tint.
