2001 VW Passat. Well maintainedandhasbeen a reliable family car.Automatic trans was rebuilt around 180,000 (new trans pump, shaft seal,torque converter, etc.) It's acommon failure in the ZF 5HP-19 VW/Audi/BMWtrans,for the transpump bushingto seize to the torque converter (when over 120,000 miles) damaging the seal and becoming a costly repair ($1600-$3800) do the research!New catalytic converter replacedApril 15,2016andMAF sensor (passed emissions), front and rear brake pads(Oct 2015), all power windows and powersunroof works, oil pump replaced Aug 2012, water pump replaced Apr 2012 (with metal impeller, the olderplastic impeller cancrack, slip on shaft andcause overheating), new driver side drive shaft Nov 2015, new Boschbank 2 O2 sensor Jan 2016. 19" wheels (lip is bent byroad construction plate), AC is cold and summer ready.
