2004 Volkswagen Beetle-New CPE Description

I am helping my grandmother sell her Volkswagen Beetle. She is at the age where she can longer drive and has no use for a car. The car is in great condition and has super low miles (37,500). It has been parked in a parking lot for over a year. We had to buy a new battery for the car to move it. It starts up great and everything seems to be working fine. I did notice the brakes didn't feel that great so its possible they would need to be replaced and also the tags are expired by a couple of months. Buyer would need to pay the tags which shouldn't be too much for an older car like this. I would also recommend a full tune up just to get everything checked out since it hasn't been used in over a year. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
