2007 Volkswagen Beetle-New Leather Description

I bought this 2007 VW Beetle July of 2012 from a local VW dealer, I had the decals (stripes)installed by a local professional, (they can easily be removed) added some transformer (bumblebee) decals and surprised my daughter with it.

The car had 23,975 miles on it when we purchased it, she drove it in high school and is now in college and needs something with a little more cargo space.

The car now has 47,996 miles on it and runs and performs as it did when we bought it. (she put roughly 14,000 miles on it in 4 years)

I believe there were a few touchups to the paint from the dealership, as it is slightly lighter in some areas than others, mostly on the drivers door and the panel just behind it, and the passengers rear fender around the gas cap area, however, I don't believe it was ever in an accident, certainly not while we have owned it.

We had the brakes inspected and discs and all padsreplaced as needed last summer, the tires appear to be in pretty good shape as well.

The sunroof functions as it should.

The car does have a 6 disc CD changer in the trunk, however, I don't believe it works all the time, the CD player in the stereo works fine, my daughter says the speakers have a fuzz or buzz to them as well.

There is a crack in the windshield, just about the height of the wipers (low) and runs about a 1/3rd of the way across and back down. (it has been there for 2 years at least and has never changed)

There is a new rock chip (upper right of windshield)that happened just after Thanksgiving while she was headed back to school, we filled it with sealer and it hasn't increased in size either, both are barely visible to the driver or passenger.

There is one ding as shown in the picture of the passengers side lower rocker panel, she grazed a curb at college. (I believe the rockers are aluminum)

The interior is in very nice condition, the leather and floor mats are in verygood shape.

I will continue to detail (clean) the vehicle prior to pickup.

This is a very low mile, well maintained beetle, that would make somebody an extremely reliable vehicle for many years.

I have sold a number of my personal vehicles on ebay over the years, and my thoughts are, if you don't like what you see when you come to pickup the car, I am not going to make you take it, I want you to be completely satisfied that it is everything that I described.
