This is the last full year of production of the MK4 before VW switched mid-year to the MK5 in 2005. The MK4 was refined since its introduction in 1999 and this was the last version of the MK4 with the 100 HP PD engine. We are selling our beloved 2004 Jetta1.9 PD TDI 5 Speed Manual Transmission Sedan. She has approximately 149,000 loving adult-driven miles on her.IamtheORIGINAL OWNER of the car and she has served us well since she was purchased new at Miller VW in Fairfield CT in December of 2003.She is looking for another loving family who will love her for her next 200,000 miles. She is still one of my daily drivers. This car is ready to drive across country, or every day to work and back, or both!. She has been on many family trips all over the USA and never left us stranded. She is Reflex Silver and is equipped with black leather interior, sunroof, 5 speed manual transmission, ABS, Traction Control, Power windows, cruise control, power locks, AM/FM/Cassette/CD player Monsoon Sound System . This car is in excellent condition with normal wear and tear. She has never been in an accident. She has a few minor dings, nothing much to speak of. Her front fenders were replaced due to minor rust at the bottom corners.The driver's door was dinged by my neighbor the first year I owned her and was professionally repaired. The car still has it's brand new original floor mats that were covered up since new with the rugs you see in the photos. The floors/carpet/mats are all like-new condition with zero wear, including the trunk. The car was well maintained by me with only VW spec 505.01 Castrol Synthetic oil and filters purchased directly from the local VW dealer. Last timing belt/water pump service was at around 110K.New shocks and struts, lower A-Arms and all front end completely rebuilt factory new. She has new fog-free headlights and equipped with 18" BBSfactory wheels with almost new tires. I have ALL of the original paperwork with my name on it as well as all maintenance receipts.
