The following terms of sale apply to this listing:

Bidding: All bids must be submitted through listing website. By submitting a bid, bidders agree to all terms of this listing. Seller reserves the right to cancel all bids and end auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid retractions are not permitted, and Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a bid retraction. Bidding from negative feedback bidders is not permitted. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email prior to bidding. The successful bidder will be contacted following close of auction with instructions for payment and transfer arrangements.

Payment: Cash (In Person) or certified check in US dollars are the only accepted forms of payment. The successful high bidder will submit nonrefundable $500 deposit via PayPal as well as signed Bill of Sale and copy of current driver’s license within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Within seven (7) days of close of auction, Buyer agrees to pay full balance due (plus applicable PA taxes, title fees, and $125 finalization fee). All financial transactions and documentation must be completed prior to transfer of title and vehicle pick up. If deposit and documentation are not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within seven (7) days following the close of auction, Seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Additional Fees and Taxes: Buyer is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees, insurance, as well as to obtain and pay for title/registration and tags in the state where the vehicle will be registered by the Buyer. Out-of-state Buyers are responsible to obtain temporary tags for transport following release of PA title.

Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to pick up the Vehicle from the Seller’s location. Seller assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after release of title. Full payment and proof of insurance must be received before title is transferred and the vehicle is released to a shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection: This vehicle is being sold “as is” in its present condition with no warranties expressed or implied from the Seller. Every effort has been made to accurately and correctly describe the current condition of the Vehicle in this listing. Please be advised that a used vehicle will exhibit signs of wear and tear such as scratches and dings as would be typical for its model year and that mechanical parts are subject to future failure. Buyer is responsible to inspect the Vehicle prior to the auction ending and to cover any inspection charges and fees.
