2002 Volkswagen Passat Description

For sale is my Volkswagen Passat 02 Black Fully Loaded car - BEST OFFER TAKES IT!
I am unsure of the trim, but it comes with leather heated seats and a sun roof.
I just replaced the AC compressor ($900 job!! $425 part brand new) and a week later the car started making a noise on start up/while driving. It drives fine, but the noise is pretty loud. I was told by the mechanics that the noise is coming from the flywheel (could be a $1K job to fix).
I love this car, it is Great in the snow, has a solid built/strong exterior, Huge cargo space (we've fit an entire 5-6 drawer dresser in it before!!), great sound system (never even turned the volume up to 100% because it is so loud at 25%), pretty much flawless leather seats on the front and back, good tread left on tires, took us to Michigan and back half a dozen times in any weather and up to Poughkeepsie every other weekend and back. I've had it for 5 years, bought it from a used dealer in 2011 in upstate NY and kept up with the maintenance ever since. The previous owner had the entire engine replaced at 60K miles, so the car milage is currently at 169,224 but the engine probably has about 110,000 miles on it (I've probably put an average of 12K miles a year on it, mostly highway miles). In the years past I've fix a coolant leak, replace the starter and break pads/rotors, kept up with synthetic oil chances, etc (I have receipts of everything that was ever done in my possession). It's always had some funky electrical issues (when you pull the sunvisor down, the lights inside the car dashboard turns on?). As much as I loved this car, it is 14 years old now and with this flywheel noise, I think it's time I put it to retirement. Feel free to buy it for parts (you should at least be able to get a couple hundred bucks for the AC compressor alone!).

Forgot to add:
Oil might have a minimal leak because recently a month after topping it up it ran low, so I just top it up monthly. I've fixed the coolant 4x in the past, but it still has a minor leak because I still need to top it up every month. The key battery could be dying because you need to stand right next to it to open the car doors.
If you want to hear the loud noise the flywheel is making, please txt me and I will send you a video of it. Unless you know how to fix things, it might be best to sell this car for parts.
