2008 BMW M5 Description

I'm going to skip the basics about the M5 (you already know them, or can look them up pretty easily).
My specific car specs from BMW:
Alpine White exterior
LKA8 - Sepang Merino Leather interior - sport adaptive heated seats
04ME - Madeira Walnut Wood Trim (I upgraded afterwards to carbon fiber)
0322 - Comfort Access
0415 - Power Rear Sunshade
0416 - Rear Sunshades
0609 - Navigation
0323 - Soft Close Automatic Doors
0524 - Adaptive Light Control
0610 - Heads Up Display
06FL - iPod and USP Adapter
0752 - Enhanced Premium Sound
At purchase, I also paid for a 5 year Rim and Tire warranty through Tom Bush BMW ($1582) good through June 2018.
Upgrades:
Lowtex front springs
RPI scoops, block off plates, high flow filters
Front are rear cameras integrated through navigation screen
DVD player integrated through navigation screen
Performance pulley
Evolve Tubular Headers and Tune
Color matched front reflectors by Tom Bush BMW
Replaced all wood interior trim with new trim from BMW wrapped in real carbon fiber
(Car should be making around 570hp at the crank - stock was 507hp)
Maintenance:
New Michelin Pilot Super Sport (PSS) tires about 1 year old
All spark plugs replaced 10/2016
New battery 10/2016
New O2 sensors 8/2016
Rear pinion seal replaced 4/2015
Rear window seals replaced 10/2016
Rear brake pads 6/2015
New control arms 10/2015
As of 12/29/2016, car has 102,300 miles on it. I will continue to drive it, so mileage will increase slightly as it is up for sale. The transmission shifts great, but it is on the original clutch, so that should be done in the next 20,000 miles. Price is taking into account both the positives of the spec, warranty, and upgrades and the negatives of the high mileage and original clutch.
For reference:
(-) A new clutch installed is about $1500.
(+) The carbon fiber kit that comes in the car is about $1600.
(+) The Evolve headers, tune, and install is about $5300.
If you have any questions, want to see the car, or if I've left something out, feel free to ask.
