BMW: 7-Series 750iL 1998 99293 miles

1998 BMW 7-Series 750iL Description

A fine car in need of two repairs. When I had the radiator replaced, an idiot engaged the parking brake and I drove it ten miles home without knowing that. Warped the discs and rotors - new repair parts available on ebay for $550. The radiator is fine, but the car still overheats - could be a water pump, belt, thermostat or other. My guess is these two repairs will cost me $1,500-$2K so I am selling or will donate to charity. I bought the car in 2000 with 32K miles and have driven it 67K miles in the last sixteen years. Most things work the way you would expect - transmission, engine (except overheating), 14 speaker sound system with cassette player and 6 CD player in trunk, navigation system (original in 1998), all the power controls, Body is in much better condition than the photos show, I had it parked under a crepe myrtle and the little flowers wash off easily. It has been garaged about two thirds of its life, Liner and other interior leather in good condition - normal wear on drivers side. I can put an interested buyer in touch with the service company who maintained it for the last 13 years. Reserve fee set only because it has a certain value to me as a charitable donation.
