1998 BMW M3 Description

Selling my M3 that I have owned for the last ten years. I bought this from the second owner so I'm the third owner. I have babied it and always kept very good care of it. Always hand washed, never smoked in and alwaysparked in agarage. I have two other cars so this car is not driven often. I have always used Mobile One synthetic oil and changes and all maintenance has been taken care of on time. I had used the car for a year as a long distance commuter years ago but I now just take it out occasionally. Ipurchased it with just over 50K miles and it's now up there in miles but it still runs like the day I bought it. I just put new tires on the rear this week and the fronts ones have less than 10k on them with 85% tread remaining.
I have done the following upgrades.
Engine chip ECU mod via Sharwerks, H&R lowered springs, aftermarket 18" wheels, Euro DEPO glass headlights with Halos,headlights and the fog lights are all HID,M50 intake manifold conversion to help with low endtorque. This model has power everything including sunroof, seats, mirrors. Includes BMW car cover and two keys and two remotes as well as all original paperwork and owners manuals. Silver exterior with brown leather interior. This is the E36 M3 4 door sedan that was only imported to the US for two years in 1997-1998. Engine is a 3.2 inline 6cyl with 240HP.
I was going to keep this for my daughter when she starts driving but recently thought it might be better to have her drive somethingI'm not worried aboutdamaging like a usedHondaCivic.
Theprevious owner did tell me the front right fender did get damage to it in aminor accident but that it was minor enough that theydidn't have to replace the fender. I have a picture of the passenger VIN sticker that the bodyshop failed to protect when theyresprayed the fender so it's silver, but I pulled the sticker back lightly so you can see its the original fender with VIN sticker intact. All VIN stickers are in place and have not been touched. The leather is in good shape with not punctures or tears. The paint is in great shape and has been maintained well with only some minor rock chips on the hood from the years. I did hit a cat on the right side of the bumper years ago and broke the fog light and cracked the bumper in the same area (see pictures). I had removed the bumper andrepaired it with some special 3M material that's made for use at auto body shops. The crack is onlyvisible up close and can't bespotted unless pointed out. It does show some flex cracks in the clear coat in the bumper area in the provided pictures but its minimal. I don't know how the cat did nor how many lives it had left but it may have used a few since there was no blood marks on the car and I never found it. Ihave thought about having the front bumper and the area around the kidney grills resprayed but have not felt it was needed.
The car is located east ofLivermoreCalifornia and will need to be picked up by the buyer or make arrangement for shipping. I can help with some logistics to make sure its a smooth transaction. Buyer will need to pay in full within one week (minus the $500 deposit viaPayPal) of auction ending. I have the title in hand and the car is registered to me with no bank liens. I amcurrently driving it once or twice a week so the mileage may be more than listed by the time the auction ends. I also have it listed locally and I reserve the right to end the auctionearly if I have a local buyer purchase it first.
