Hello. You are bidding on a 1978 Chevyshort bed 2WDpickup with52K original miles.

Condition is as follows:

Body:

Never a major accident. Looks to haveall original GM body panels,and one single repaint. Window and door regulators work good.Windsheild is cracked, but all other glass is good. The only rust through is at the bottom of the rear corner of each rear wheel well and a spot the size of a pencil eraser on the cab, but that`s it. There is also a spot of cracked body filler on the tailgate from a previous repair. These spots can be seen in the pictures. Everywhere else is solid, any other rust is surface. Cab corners, rocker panels, floors, doors, window frames, and bed sides are nice and solid. As you can see in theunderbody pictures,thistruck is verysolid and absolutely not a rust bucket, nor was it abused. Bed was coated by LineX, bed floor is nice.

Interior:

Good/fairdriver condition as you can see,but complete and serviceable as is.

Drivetrain:

Runs, drives, shifts, and stops well. Has grannymanual transmission. Just had complete brake job. Excellent brake pedal, drives down the road straight, and fires up every time.Tireshave good tread.Everythingunder the hood remains bone stock. Everything electrical works good except for the horn. Throwout bearing whines a little bit but is not a dependability issue.

Overall: Solid truck for driver or restoration.Good driver as is.
