Up for sale is a 1998 Chevy K1500 Suburban in good condition, except it needs an
engine rebuild/replacement. It has 323,000 miles on it. The title is clean and
ready for registration.
This is still a very sharp looking Suburban with a black exterior paired with
grey color leather. The paint is in very good shape, with some small dents,
chips scratches and rust as shown (see photos). The leather is in excellent
shape, except for the front seat seating areas. The headliner is perfectly
attached. The carpet is in overall very good shape. Owner covered carpets with
floor mats and gray matching towels.
This car was taken very good care of over the years by one owner.
The A/C blows cold and this vehicle has front and rear A/C units.

Payment Terms and End of Auction
A deposit of $300 US will be required within 24 hours of auction conclusion or
immediately with Buy It Now. This fee must be paid via PayPal, which allows for a
number of forms of payment. There are no transaction fees for the buyer through
PayPal. After this deposit is made, we will contact you to arrange for either
delivery or local pickup.
At this point, we will send you a bill of sale to complete. This will state the
vehicle, current owner, and all terms of the auction, including selling price. You
must sign and return this within 48 hours with a photocopy of your legal, state
issued driver’s license. If you plan on picking up the vehicle (as we would
strongly encourage), this process will take place in person with a slightly less
rigid time frame. After this, a full payment is expected within 4 days with either
certified check or cash. After the payment has been confirmed and completely
processed, the title will be sent for final signing. At this point, the vehicle is
yours and now your responsibility. Please take note, the payment must be confirmed
for legitimacy before the vehicle will be released. There are no financing or loan
terms available. Please make financial arrangements for the full price of your bid
before bidding/buying. There will be no exception to this, and failure to pay
within the given time period may result in forfeiture of your deposit and bid.
If you would prefer to pick up and pay in person, cash or certified check will be
accepted. You are encouraged to come view the vehicle at any time during this
process (or before auction close). We encourage you to contact us ahead of time

We will help you through this entire process by phone during the auction or upon
close.
Tags, title, and tax fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware
of all laws and regulations in your state.
Delivery
We encourage you to come visit and pickup the vehicle if you have the opportunity.
We are in the Northern Bergen County, N.J. area, and will help recommend transport
options upon contact.
As stated, this vehicle will not be released for delivery or pickup until all
payments have cleared. If you prefer to have the vehicle shipped, we recommend you
use an eBay approved vendor. To receive a quote on this service, click under the

transportation of the vehicle. We will not be responsible for damage or loss in

Other Terms
We are not planning to market the vehicle locally throughout the auction, however
we reserve the right to withdraw this auction vehicle if no longer available or
for any other reason.
This car will only be sold within the United States. If you are outside of the US,
you will have to make any/all arrangements for the transaction to take place in
the US. No delivery outside of the US will be arranged.
