2000 Chevrolet Corvette FRC Description

Described as the rarest of the C5's and the stiffest Corvette chassis ever. The only other fixed roof Corvettes were the C2 coupes. Mostly original parts, no engine mods, original shocks, original ride height. I use Red Line oil in the engine and trans. HUD (Heads-up display). Factory Delco sound system with the Bose speaker option. The tires are Hankook Ventus RS3. These are not "run-flats" like the original tires: the C5's did not come with a spare tire. 4-point roll bar installed. The FRC was not offered with luxury items such as auto trans. It was only available with the LS1 345 hp engine, 6-spd trans, and Z51 suspension. 1999 was the first year of the FRC with over 4000 made. In 2000, they only made 2090 of them and then put the LS6 motor in it for 2001 and called it the Z06. I have a clear Nevada title in hand. Nevada buyers do not pay sales tax from a private seller. I will provide a smog certificate for Nevada buyers. I am 20 minutes from the Reno airport. The personalized plates will go with the car if desired. I will also sign the DMV form to release the plates to the buyer. I am including the factory 3-volume 2000 Corvette service manual. These are not re-prints. I will consider delivery to a reasonable distance in my enclosed car hauler. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for pick up and delivery.
