2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Description

2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS.
3.8 supercharged motor with 158k miles,AC,cruise, tilt wheel, power everything, keyless entry, steering wheel controls,K&N cold air intake. This car runs and drives great.

Good interior, the dash, door panels, headliner, carpet are all in good condition. The front driver seat shows lots of wear-I tried seat covers but they didn't fit right so I just put black duct tape over the bad places. The AC,heat, lights, gauges, radio,CD player, power accessories all work except for the heat in the drivers seat.

The paint is ok-looks great from 20 feet away but there are scratches here and there and small chips on the hood. No rust anywhere. The motor runs great and has plenty of power and the transmission shifts as it should(see below).

I have replaced both front hub/ABS sensor units, driver side ABS sensor harness, right rear hub/ABS sensor unit, rear brakes, front tires, fuel gauge sending unit, upper dog bone mounts, steering wheel controls and an alignment on 12/1.Please note that some of the pics are old-there is no abs/trac off or any lights on now and I have installed window vent visors.

I've been driving the car everywhere with no problems, more than a few 200+ mile trips. I've noticed a few things....sometimes a popping when you put it in gear,I replaced the top dog bones and it helped but I believe that the bottom motor mount and/or the trans mount is wore-could be wrong. I have no plans of changing them especially in cold weather. Also where it was out of alignment I believe the right front tire is wore uneven and it pulls a little.
