2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Description

Looking to sell my 2004 Monte Carlo SS. It has the 3800 series supercharged motor,cold AC,heat,power windows,power locks with key fob,power seats,heated seats(drivers don't work),power sunroof,cruise,tilt wheel,Onstar(needs activated),K&N cold air intake,window and sunroof vent visors. The car runs great,you can get in and drive anywhere.
In the past 6 months I have replaced all 4 ABS/wheel hub sensors, new brakes all around,new tie rod,new tires on the front,alignment at Sears,new passenger side front cv axle,new EGR valve.
The interior is good,seats show wear-drivers is bad,everything works except the driver side seat warmer. The steering wheel controls all work.The body has a few dings and some scratches. The paint looks good but up close you can see places in it.
The car is NOT perfect, here is a list of what it needs or things a buyer needs to know---
1)it needs a bottom passenger side motor mount put on. I have it just don't have the knowledge to do it,I am looking to find someone to do it but no guarantee it will be done.
2)the check engine light is on,code po401,I put an EGR valve on it but apparently the tubes going to the exhaust is restricted. I am working on this trying to fix it.
3)AC condensation sometimes runs on the passenger floor mat(not a heater core leak). I have checked all I know to check.
4)the car has 2 recalls on it-one for the ignition and one for an oil leak that drips on the exhaust. Any dealer should be able to take care of these for free of course. I haven't had time to get it done. The car hardly uses any oil between changes.
