This is a nice 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air with V8 engine, 4 speed, power steering and power brakes. (1955 was the first year of the legendary Tri-Five Chevys.) It looks just like it does in the listing pictures, however this car has been modified and it currently is equipped as follows-

  • V8 with 4 bbl Carburetor & Dual Exhaust
  • 4 Speed Transmission with Hurst Shifter (Manual Shift on the Floor)
  • Power Convertible Top
  • Power Steering
  • Power Brakes
  • Wonderbar Radio
  • Heater
  • Electric wipers
  • Dual Exterior Mirrors
  • Dual Spotlights
  • Front & Rear Bumper Guards
  • Front & Rear Seat Belts
  • Spare Tire/Wheel mounted in the trunk with the Jack

This beautiful Chevy has been owned by the same person for over the last 20 years and it is being sold by the estate. All pictures were just taken for the eBay listing. There isn't an auction reserve so this car is being sold to the highest bidder.

Call (949)642-7447 for additional information about this car or to set a time to inspect it in the Newport Beach area of Southern California. The buyer is responsible for picking the car up in Southern California or for shipping. We can assist the buyer in the shipping process if needed.

Please note- The gauges and power top all work, however the radio only powers up and wonderbar moves like it should but for some reason it doesn’t seem to play any stations or have sound. The rear carpet on the passenger side floor has some tears and will need to be repaired or replaced. The 4 speed transmission was previously added and not original to the car since it appears to have come with a 3 speed manual shift on the column. There has also been some question if the top may have previously been modified into a convertible years ago.Since this car is now over 60 years old from new and we don't know the complete history on the car, we are selling the car AS-IS with true miles unknown. This is a No-Reserve Auction -Please only bid on the car if you are prepared to purchase it.
