1998 Dodge Neon Description

1998 neon r/t, 30k on the car, custom body work from the pictures, such as shaved door handles, light weight deck lid and spoiler, wings west/xeon mixed matched body kit - still have majority of stock parts, including SRT-4 wheels. I have a hood, but needs to be painted. Custom Sunroof, axle upgrade, exhaust (3inch), custom headlight and taillight
Custom Built engine (turbo) - JE pistions, crower rods, bored crank, port/polished head, crane cames, tit valves, springs, much more. It is unfinished.
The car has been sitting for awhile, I cannot remember everything I have or done to it.
