Wow, this Hot Red 55 Bird has a really nice "Hot-Rod" feel, stance and overall presence. Getting it just right without overdoing it, is certainly an Art and this Bird has the horsepower to back it up...
The only reason this Bird is for sale, is due to the current health of its senior caretaker and long time Reno area Hot-Rodder. According to information provided by its current shop/hanger location, he purchased it about 8-10 years ago with recent stock style professional body-off restoration complete with 292 V-8 power-train etc. Shortly thereafter, it was transported to a nationally known Oregon restoration facility for some additional horsepower, performance and cosmetic face-lift, sleeper...

Power is provided by a stout and properly fitted Ford SVO 351 Windsor V8 crate engine and ATO built Ford C4 automatic transmission with factory style rear differential.
