1929 Ford Model A Description

Helping my cousin sell his 1929 Model A due to illness. It's registered as a 1929 but some model A experts have told me it's built in 29 but is a 1930 model year, so must have been late '29) . Owned since 1977 and was stored inside for most of it's life. Was a Universal Studios car and used in a bunch of movies, including The Godfather, though I have no proof to confirm.
The car sat for about 2.5 years. I've since flushed the radiator, drained the fuel tank, changed the oil and plugs and she fired right up! Runs good and strong! Little bit off smoke at WOT but the gas tank is still cleaning itself. No knocking or noises from the motor at all.All I have left to do is change the gearbox and diff oil before driving it some more. Gears shift fine and brakes work fine. I did not take the brakes apart to check completely. Chassis has been lubed.
Tires are new, starter rebuilt, new fuel line from the tank to firewall, new air cleaner assembly.
Dry solid, California car with tons of potential for restoration or drive as is!
Known issues:
Windshield de laminating, wiper motor frozen and needs vacuum line connecting, couple of rust holes in the front of the roof ( see pics, one lug nut on left rear wheel is spinning, headliner sagging with some broken bows, vinyl top panel not perfect but not torn, seats have some holes and small tears.Interior needs some TLC but could be driven just fine as is. Paint is an old, cheaper paint job but does have some patina. Chrome has some surface rust but not rusted through anywhere. If you wetsanded and buffed the paint, it would really shine, but have a well used and enjoyed look to it. I'd probably do a Maaco paint job if I was to keep it.
Also, the private license plate comes with the car. PRIVTIA as my cousin was a private eye!
I have only one ignition key but unfortunately no door keys. The mechanisms all work fine and it just needs re keying.
Must sell as I have no room for it and my cousin sold his house for medical bills, which is where the sale of the car will go to, also. Asking $9500 obo.
Please contact me with any questions:)The Model A Club and restorers around here have all told me it's worth $9,000 plus, so please don't send insulting offers of $6500. You only find rust buckets for that money that don't run. Please be reasonable. Thank you
