This RARE Retrobuilt 1969 Boss that has won multiple car shows and is a blast to drive!

It just placed 2nd at this years Kansas City World of Wheels in "Custom Build"...Below is some information about the car. To get the full scope you have to see and drive it in person!

Though it may look like a vintage classic 1969 Mustang Boss 302, under the car's fiberglass body panels sits a brand new 2006 Ford Mustang GT with all the modern conveniences of AC, heated seats, all power and the latest technology. This is entirely the point of the car you see here, which was shown recently at the Specialty Equipment Market Assoc. (SEMA) and World of Wheels. Built by the Missouri company called Retrobuilt, the conversion alone cost about $35,000 which includes:

- Fused fiberglass body panels to the existing rear quarter panels and door skins and then replaced the front fenders, hood and rear desk with fiberglass parts.

- The marker lights, front and rear bumpers, taillights, front grille, door handles and mirror housings are all original (remanufactured) parts for 1969 Mustangs. The car was then painted to a color of the buyer's choice and mounted on a tire and wheel package with these 18" rims.

- In addition to the body modifications, the conversion kit includes a MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust, an Eibach suspension and K&N filter and fresh-air intake.

The process took about eight weeks. Retrobuilt has only converted 17 cars for customers and we know that only 3 have been sold at auction for about $60,000 average. We believe this stunning orange Boss 302 is the nicest of them all. Driving the Mustang 302 Boss Fastback you see here is a slightly jarring but always entertaining experience. Especially at a gas station when you get stuck talking to "gawkers" for hours at a time... no matter where you go its an absolute head turner.

Inside the car, there's no reason to think you're not in a Mustang GT fresh off the lot. The aftermarket exhaust with its throaty roar is addictive, and the Eibach suspension holds the car tightly to the road and gives you thorough control around corners.
