UP FOR SALE TODAY is my 2002 GMC Safari SLE - 8 passenger Van in extremely clean, mint condition. It is the Rear Wheel Drive model, not the 4 wheel drive. I bought this van from the original owner in Southern California where it was garage kept since new - and it shows! I am a very fussy individual and have owned several of these vans over the years, some I have even bought brand new so I know quite a bit about them. I looked for a very long time before buying this one and I will have to say, it's one of the cleanest, well cared for, finest running Safari / Astro Vans I have ever found.
The body is in perfect condition, no dents, dings or scrapes. The paint is all original and in exceptional condition. The interior is in near perfect condition with no rips, tears, cracks and bad smells. No one was ever allowed to eat in this van and of course it's never been smoked in either.
I bought this van so that I could drive my elderly father around town with his wheelchair but it's a little too tall for him to get into and this is the only reason I am selling it.
