1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Description

My son rear-ended another car.
The good:- Except for front, all panels are in great shape (tons of pictures below.-1-year old rims with good tread left on 31" tires.- All power in seats, windows, door locks, mirrors work except the rear drivers side door lock.- All seats in good shape except for wear on front from sliding in.- Engine ran strong before collision. Doesn't look like any damage except for bent fan from radiator.- Transmission was just serviced by Aamco and shown to be in great shape. Have receipts.- Gears in rear differential were just replaced ($1,800). Have receipts.- Heat and air worked great before collision. Evaporator cool is now gone.- Recent 2" spacer lift in springs.- Chassis rolls fine.-Have the car fax from when we bought it last year.
The Bad:- Bent frame above passenger side front wheel.- Air bags deployed- No radiator, a/c evaporator and obvious damage to front.- Passenger side front fender is bent.-Used to have a clunk in the front suspension... moot point now.- No headliner
