1998 Jeep Wrangler SE Description

I'mselling my 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4cyl 2.5L Automatic with 146xxx runs and drives perfect. The Jeep has No Body Rust or Rot or Holes andthe frame is in good shape all but onesmall area on the right rear a small hole is developing (see photos)it is 100% drivable I drive it every day, actually majority of the frame is near perfect ....The inside is complete everything works as it shouldnormal driver seat wear, has Great heatcomes with noAC has a good radio with sound bar sounds good,the soft top is only 1 yr old and in great shape and complete. NO Check engine lights no motor issues drives perfectly, recently I did the timing chain along with afull tune up plugs/cap/wires/rotor full oil change full coolant flush. The transmission is perfect with no issues shifts on time. The exhaust leaks slightly where the doughnut is my educated guess itsimply needs tightening. The tires are only 5 months old and have great tread.Paint still shines like the day it was born absolutely not a spot of rust on the body...I've had this Jeep for about a year and now I'm ready for luxury.
