1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport Description

This is a nice, rare 2 door manual transmission Jeep Cherokee

The Jeep's front axle is the 2000-2001 Cherokee low pinion style (which provides better exhaust clearance).New front wheel bearings and new axle U-Joints were installed around 6K miles ago.

The leather seats are from a 1995 Cherokee.The original seats will be included if desired.

The Jeephas A/C; cruise control; power seats, power windows, power mirrors, upper information console, ABS brakes, and 5 matching Michelin Latitude tires.

The engine was replaced by a previous owner and has less mileage then the car.It runs well and does not need any oil between oil changes.

The clutch was replaced around 5k miles ago.

The car is generally rust free, with mostly only surface rust.The worst rust spot is shown in the picture on the driver's door jamb.The rocker panels are in good shape.See pictures.

Third gear on the transmission is a bit notchy, but doesn't grind.It's just not as smooth as the other gears.Otherwise, the Jeep runs well.The engine runs smoothly, has no bad noises.
