Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Ryan and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the nearly 100 photos as well as read this entire description and our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1996 Jeep Cherokee 2 door with the 5 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage. As with any older vehicle please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with the age and mileage. On this specific Jeep, there is some damage on the front right fender. (it can clearly be seen in the pictures) Also the floor boards are soft. The framing and rockers looks good and solid but the floor boards will need some attention. Aside from that, the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of michelin tires with good tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets look good and are not all torn and tattered. The dash is clean but as normal the head liner is sagging. The cloth seats are soft supple and comfortable. However they show some wear and the drivers seat has a hole in it. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater blows hot and to my surprise the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and seems to be working properly. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L 4 cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. This little 4 cylinder makes a surprising amount of power. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The 5 speed manual transmission is smooth and crisp through all it's gears. The clutch feels good. It catches smoothly and dose not slip or chatter. The 4 wheel drive is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. These 2 door Jeeps are getting harder and harder to find and to find one with the 5 Speed trans it ever harder. So thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
