1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport Description

This is a 1998 Jeep Wrangler with a NV 4500 transmission and
a 4" lift (2" body & 2" "budget boost"). 139,786 miles now. Will go up driving it around here and there. I have invested over $12,500 into this Jeep.
New parts as follows:
NV 4500 Transmission (Out of a 3/4 ton; best transmission available and perfect for V8 swap in future)
Newer heads in engine
Newer wires
New clutch
New pressure plate
New slave cylinder
Transfer case resealed and oiled when transmission replaced
New custom cable shifter for transfer case (not old mechanical one)
New ignition coil
New battery
New Starter
New alternator
New A/C. Blows ice cold
New front and rear driveshaft. Professionally cut and machine balanced
New Spicer Ujoints
A few new injectors
New crank sensor
New side mirrors
New rear seat
The soft top has no leaks whatsoever.
The center console had to be modified for the NV 4500 shifter coming up. It will need a boot cover of your liking to completely cover up that area. Also, the center console we left unbolted for the next person to do with as they please. It stays in place as is anyways.
The rear seat in the back is new, but it doesn't match the rest of the interior. My plan was to put leather seat covers over it all which is why I didn't buy the matching exact seat.
The Jeep has an extremely small oil leak. If you leave it parked for 2 weeks, it might would leave a nickel sized spot on concrete. Never have to add oil or anything in-between changes.
I double clutch the transmission just to make sure I clear the gears. You do not have to do that, but if you try to shift too fast you might grind.
4WD works.
I would recommend new tires. No issue at all to drive it how it is, but the tread is low. In my opinion maybe have another 5,000 - 8,000 miles on them max before its unsafe.
I had the Jeep in a shop just got out yesterday to investigate a fuse blowing. It was only a loose connection they found in the wiring harness that was stretched. Once they rerouted it and made the connection solid no issues since.
Sometimes it might idle funny but never die or anything at all. It might have only happened once in the last month of driving just want to have full disclosure.
I have tried to provide every bit of information I can for this Jeep.
It is very solid. I actually bought it last year in Tennessee and drove it home to Louisiana. It was my daily driver.
I upgraded to a full size truck so we could buy a bigger camper.
This Jeep is sold as is. It is not a cream puff. But in my opinion a very clean Jeep. Still almost 20 years old.
Expect scratches on the Jeep.
There is some rust on the passenger front fender. But this Jeep is definitely not a rust bucket.
