1995 Land Rover Range Rover Description

Bought this on ebay sight unseen had it shipped from Florida. It had been sitting for about a year.
Immediately found a bad heater core (if you are unaware -this requires full removal of dash)... Just finished replacing the heater core and reinstalling the dash. Fired right up... While the vehicle was apart, I bought a 98 Discovery... Need to sell this now...
The Good.
New heater core.
Solid frame
I drove it about 5 miles before the dash tear down. Drove fine, no obvious issues
Engine runs very nice, transmission shifts throughout all gears. T Case shifts fine. New plugs and wires. Has new cap and rotor, not installed yet.
Air ride replaced with springs,
New fuel pump.
Body and paint looks very presentable Small dings and scratches here and there. Crease at bottom of driver door. Roof paint is worn down to bare metal in spots... No rust
Interior in good condition,rear seats look new, the driver and passenger seats could use some minor attention. Head liner with slight sags in rear.
Sunroof, no water leaks but partly frozen, (will need some lubricant from sitting, it was stuck, sprayed WD40 on the track and its now going up and down smoothly and trying to open up but will need some more spraying)
No rust along rear doors/wheel wells, firewall solid, surface rust, and front fenders along engine compartment.
Has Owners manual. BONUS! :)
The bad.
Rust at passenger foot well corner, about 2 x 5 inches. picture
Rust at rear of cargo bed... See picture. Tailgate Upper and lower still very solid.
Current power steering pump has bad bearings, Used good replacement included.
Driver seat need ECU, Motors do work in all direction. Passenger seat works fine
Rear windows don't power down BAD WINDOW ECU, JUST ORDERED A REPLACEMNET, Rebuilt ECU included
OEM stereo head unit is no good.AC needs to be rechargedTires are dry rotted

Vehicle can be driven in driveway but due to power steering pump and tires, I would not drive this any significant distance..
