1995 Land Rover Range Rover LWB Soft Dash Description

I recently bought this Florida, 2 owner 95 Range Rover LWB Soft Dash for $7,500 and had it shipped to CT as a project car. My goal was to make it a great driver car. My wife has put the kibosh on my latest little project after we spent too much for Christmas and I'm putting back on EBAY. I probably should have told her about this one before it showed up at our house! This RR has $121k miles, recent repainted earlier Range Rover British Racing Green (from metallic green) and has replaced upgraded Coil Over Suspension (eliminating the Air Suspension). Interior is in decent condition. The front seats need to have just the lower bottoms redone. The interior has wear and needs the typical things older RR's need to be replaced and refurbished. Running boards are highly valued and not being a 'running board fan' these are nice.
Here's what I believe the car needs to be a great driver: a major tune, brakes (I think new calibers, rotors and pads), new tires (there's plenty of tread but tires have cracks). New speakers (missing). Driver front door handle sticks from the outside. I see other 95 Soft Dash RR LWB going for $10k - $15k as the value on the last year of the Classic's continues to climb.
