Re-listing due to winning bidder not coming up with the money.
Up for auction is a 1996 Mitsubishi 3000gt Spyder VR4 converted to a one-of-one 1996 Dodge Stealth R/T TT with Retractable Hardtop.
This car runs great and the turbos are strong, shifts through all gears with no problem, and the retractable hardtop works. It has a six-speed manual transmission and full-time all-wheel drive, 4-wheel steering, 320 horse power, twin turbo, 24V, V-6.
All original except for the 1996 Stealth R/T TT bumpers, side panels, tail lights, steering wheel and 1992 Stealth wheels and brake calipers. Also brand new tires, brand new 1999 headlights and front signal lights.
Original owner was from NJ. Second owner from NY purchased the car in 2004 with 49k on it. He had the timing belt replaced in January 2009 at 97,768.
I am the 3rd owner and purchased this car in July 2012 with 107,770 on it with plans to do a 3000gt Spyder VR4 to Dodge Stealth R/T TT Conversion. The build is documented here:

It does have a reconstructed title due to my daughter running into the driver side door in our driveway back in November of 2013. The door is Spyder specific and non are available so insurance paid the car off. After the fact I found that the only difference is the coupe doors were modified with a Spyder harness and convertible door pins. Luckily I still had the door and converted the parts to a coupe door. The door was inspected and passed by PA inspection. And back on the road!
