Based on a 1956 International pickup cab that has had the top removed windshield chopped 6 inches and 5 inches cut off of the bottom of the cab. The grill is from a Jeep Mail Car, “the ones with the sliding door”.
Custom 2x3 120 wall frame. Front axel is 55 through 57 Chevy pickup narrowed 6 inches. The rear axel is a S-10 unit. Both axels are coil spring suspended for a smooth ride. The engine is a 350 Chevrolet with a 350 transmission. The engine is all stock and runs great, engine has about 40,000 miles on it and the transmission is a newly rebuilt unit with new torque converter. Wheels on rear are custom made 10 inch wide steel wheels with Baby Moons and new tires all around. Car has an Aluminum radiator, one wire mini alternator. High volume water pump, HEI Dist. Coated Block Hugger Headers. Rear fenders are trailer fenders split with 4 inches added down the middle to make them 10 inches wide. The bed is hand made out of 19 gage sheet steel. The bed cover is from a late model Ford pickup cut down to fit the bed and held up with gas shocks. Bed cover has locks. The bed floor is Oak with chrome slats, Battery and 16 gallon fuel cell mounted in the bed. Interior has late model Impala seats adjustable. The car has a console shifter with cup holders. Car has an emergency brake. Horn and 3 gauge cluster. SW Speedo, Oil pressure, Temp. Windshield is ¼ inch thick Lexan. Headlights are LED with turn signals and park lights built into the units.
