1969 Plymouth Road Runner Description

Real RM23 Road Runner. This car was originally an 383 car, 4 speed. Now it is a 440 with a auto. I am sure changing it back to original 4 speed is the way go. The car has no rust, frame is straight and very nice. The motor is a 440 with a mild cam. The car does run and drive but the rear end was rebuilt and still needs to be broken in with easy driving for at least another three hundred miles. The car was originally scorch red. The car needs interior as the front seats are trash, and there is no seat in back, needs trim as well. What we have here is a great car to put back better than original because of the 440 that is in it now. It is a great car for a driver while you make it your own. Road runners are hard to find, they are either trashed and full of holes and rot, or they are restored and high dollar. This car is in a perfect spot to drive it while you finish up what you want to do with car. I reserve the right to sell the car before auction is up
