Up for sale is a great piece of American 1970’s automotive history, with some major upgrades to bring it into this millennium. This ’78 Trans AM still has its numbers matching engine and transmission. Originally a California car, it is a 6.6L - 403 with a matching automatic transmission. The car is still in original solar gold – code 50, repainted about 5+ years ago. Add the factory T-Tops, with a Camel Tan – code 62B interior and it looks great. Today the believed miles is 124k, but its all been rebuilt professionally.
Now for some of the changes/upgrades to make it look and feel better. The car is mechanically sound and is a pleasure to drive. All work has been done professionally by Bent Metal Customs, Lansdale PA. Most of the changes and modifications where done in October 2016 and has less than 1k miles since.
